SMS Alerts Service :

SMS (Short Messaging Service) banking is 24 hours service to the Bank’s customers for accessing their account information using Mobile instrument.

Procedure :

Customer has to fill up an application form, then bank will register customer for SMS Banking Service. SMS Banking Form can be obtained from any branch of the bank.

Sharada Alert / PUSH Facility : Bank will provide/ send information pertaining to customer’s account to the registered mobile number of the customer.
Bank will send below mentioned PUSH messages :
i. Inward Clearing cheques intimation
ii. Outward Clearing cheques intimation
iii. Debit /Credit Transactions Alerts
iv. FDR Renewal Alerts
